Rules

TRACK RULES.

1, Membership is on an individual basis only, and will run for a period of one year from the date of joining.
2, Membership is non transferable, and non refundable.
3, No one will be allowed to use the track without 3 party insurance (proof will be required)
4, No one without insurance will be allowed within the circuit perimeter fencing at anytime.
5, No trackside traders allowed without prior arrangement, it is also not to be used as a personal selling ground.
6, The track owners reserve the right to close the circuit on appropriate days for maintenance.
7, The last person to leave the main site MUST close and lock the main gate on their exit. If proven that a member has failed to do this it will result in instant expulsion and
Their membership will be revoked. Their names will also be black listed from all organised race events.
8, Any member using abusive threatening language to another person within the grounds or behaving unsuitably will be asked to leave and their membership revoked.
9, Any member that allows a guest that is a non-track member to use the circuit will be breaking insurance regulations, this is a serious offence and will result in instant dismissal.
10, Only TRACK MEMBERS will be allowed to use the track free of charge on non-race days.
11, Driving model cars within the pit area is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
12, All track members will be held responsible for leaving the track and surrounding areas clean and tidy, please dispose you rubbish in bins provided or take home with you. Empty nitro fuel containers must be taken home and not placed in bins.
13, Members should always behave in a safe and responsible manner on and off the track to themselves and members of the public.
14, Entry and exit from the track is via the pit gates only. No climbing of the fences.
15, Working on cars in the pit lane is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Tyre changing and re-fueling only
16,If you bring your families please make sure that your children are kept under control and do not cause a nuisance.
17, Members should make sure that their frequency is clear before switching on their transmitter. A pegboard system will be in operation on organised race days only.
18, Please make sure the main wooden gate to the track is left open on race days in case of an emergency.
